What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Staff sign-in: for Nostos staff only. When a staff member registers with "Sign in with Google", we receive their Google account email address and name to confirm it matches our staff records. We do not receive or store Google passwords, and we request no other Google data.
- Technical data: basic request logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information only to answer enquiries, run our services, and secure the staff control panel. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Cookies
The public website sets no tracking cookies. The staff control panel uses one essential session cookie to keep staff signed in.
Keeping and deleting data
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, contact nostos.mv@gmail.com.
